Why are dried and preserved flowers more expensive than fresh flowers?

While dried and preserved flowers are more costly than fresh flowers, they last forever! The process and labor to achieve dried flowers also adds to the cost.

What are the benefits of dried flowers over fresh flowers?

Did we mention that dried flowers last forever? Fresh flowers obviously have a shelf life of up to 2 weeks, so keeping an arrangement or bouquet to remember a special moment might not fare well with fresh flowers. Especially for brides, being able to keep your wedding bouquet of dried flowers is a huge benefit.
The upkeep is also super easy! For those without a green thumb, dried flowers are an easy way to spruce up a space without having to worry about changing out the water.
Have more than one dried bouquet or arrangement? Change it up by combining flowers from different groupings for a new arrangement!
